Bsmt — Basement. Fully exempt from RFA (slab ≤ 2 ft above grade). School fee: exempt.
Ceiling >14' HT — Double-count: enter additional SF (area × 1 extra). Stairs & elevators counted once only.
BHO Exempt SF — Negative deduction per BHO Ordinance (basement/ADU = full area; garage = −200 SF).
